WA FFA Roster Helper
The National FFA Membership Roster system is how chapters report and enroll current members annually. FAQs and support details on how to update and manage your roster can be found at FFA.org.
Washington FFA State Staff has provided detailed instructions for uploading an FFA membership roster on FFA.org or AET. They are available at the links below.
Annual roster submissions follow the timeline detailed below:
August 1 Roster Opens
November 1 Fall Roster Due to State
January 1 Membership Dues Due**
March 1 Spring Rosters Due to State
May 1 Membership Dues Due**
July 31 Membership Year roster closes; no additional changes after this date
** Denotes payment received, not a school district Purchase Order;
Checks should be postmarked by USPS before the due date and mailed to:

A $100 Late Fee will be applied if payment is not received by this day (regardless of weekend status).
Washington FFA will generate invoices via email through QuickBooks beginning on November 1 and March 1 annually.
