The Washington FFA Association will be using The AET for students to submit an annual waiver form to participate in state-sponsored events. The 2025-2026 Washington FFA Waiver Form is now available in The AET for FFA members and advisors to access. To submit the waiver form in The AET, please have students utilize the instructions provided by state staff. As FFA advisors, you can also access the student Waiver Forms in The AET using the instructions provided.
