DISTRICT OFFICER TRAINING (DOT) & WASHINGTON AGRICULTURAL LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE (wale)
Wenatchee, WA - July 29 - 31, 2025
Sponsored by the Washington FFA Foundation and co-coordinated with the Washington FFA Association in July each year DOT/WALE are held simultaneously to offer FFA members leadership growth experiences, an opportunity to explore new areas of agriculture in our state, and provide training for newly elected District Officers and plan for their upcoming year of service.
PROGRAM INFORMATION
Meals: Washington FFA Foundation will cover program supplies and meals for district officers and advisors (Lunch/Dinner on the 29th, Lunch/Dinner on the 30th, Lunch on the 31st), plus snacks. Breakfast will be provided at the hotel.
Dress Code: A daily attire schedule will also be emailed, but please pack appropriate summer attire (no tank tops, appropriate length shorts, etc.) and the state staff reserves the right to ask you to change. You are representing yourself, your chapter, and Washington FFA so please dress in a manner that reflects the highest level of pride. Please pack Official Dress for pictures and the panel dinner, as well as a reusable water bottle.
Hotel: The Hotel location is the Springhill Suites by Marriott in Wenatchee, WA. The Washington FFA Foundation will once again be sponsoring hotel rooms for WALE/DOT participants. FFA advisors attending the event will be required to pay for their hotel rooms. The cost for a hotel room at the Springhill Suites is $149/night before taxes and fees.

Convention Attendee Liability Waiver, Code of Conduct, & Medical Authorization Forms
Each member is required to review and complete the attached form with a parent/guardian. Advisors will be responsible for making sure that all participant waiver forms are complete with Washington FFA State Staff by event check-in.
