WSU Parking Permit

WSU Guest Parking Permit General Information

  • Advisors will receive an email from Tamara Whitcomb, FFA Executive Director, 2 weeks before state convention with an invitation to purchase parking permits

  • Guest Parking Permits will be emailed from TRANSPORTATION titled "WSU Guest Permit Invitee Letter"

  • If you don’t receive an email after requesting a parking permit, please first check your SPAM folder before contacting Tamara Whitcomb

  • Please do not contact WSU Parking to purchase a parking permit for the WA FFA State Convention

  • If you are a guest who needs to purchase a Guest Parking Permit for a single day or multiple days during state convention, please email Tamara Whitcomb at tamara@washingtonffa.org

  • School District vehicles with EXEMPT plates DO NOT NEED to purchase a parking permit, but all other vehicles will be required to purchase a Guest Parking Permit if you plan to park on campus

  • The cost of a Multiple-Day Guest Parking Permit is $10.40/day

  • If you would like to purchase a Single-Day Guest Parking Permit, the cost is $15.59/day

  • Parking Permits cannot be shared between multiple vehicles (1 permit = 1 vehicle only)

  • A Guest Parking Permit will allow you to park in any Green, Yellow, Blue, Red, Crimson, or Grey parking lots

  • This permit does NOT work for covered parking or paid meter parking on the WSU campus, so please park accordingly

  • Please do not park in designated loading zones for WSU transportation or in parking spots for WSU service vehicles

  • The WSU Parking office is open until 4:00 PM each day if you need assistance while on campus

Instructions to Purchase a Parking Permit

To purchase a parking permit, you would simply access the link in the email sent to you, put in your license plate number and additional information WSU requires, and pay for the permit using a credit card. You will only be paying for up to 3 days (Wednesday-Friday) on a 5-day permit because WSU does not charge for parking on Saturday or Sunday. If you do not yet know your license plate number, then you can wait till you arrive on campus to access the link and purchase a parking pass for your vehicle.

Multiple Parking Permits Needed

If you are part of a multiple-person program or need multiple parking permits for separate vehicles during state convention, please either have each teacher purchase their parking permit under their own email address or email me the number of permits you need, and I can send those as different permit batches under the same email address.

Bus and Trailer Parking on WSU Campus

If your school is bringing a Bus or you need to park a trailer during the convention, please park those in the Yellow 1 Lot behind Ferdinand's after unloading students. That parking lot is designated on the WSU Parking Map to assist bus drivers.
