The Courtesy Corps handles a wide variety of convention tasks, including greeting and escorting visitors and special guests, assisting backstage during CDEs and convention sessions, and generally helping keep the convention running smoothly!

After state convention registration closes on April 15 in JudgingCard, any FFA chapter that registered students to participate in Courtesy Corps will receive an email from the Washington FFA state staff. It will include a link to sign up FFA members to assist with morning, afternoon, or evening shifts during the convention.

We ask that Courtesy Corps members check in with the designated coordinator 15 minutes before the start of their shift. More information will be made available to FFA Advisors and Courtesy Corps members who sign up to assist.
