Hall of Chapters
Saturday, May 11th, 2024 - 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Showcase Purpose: Exhibits will promote one’s chapter through a creative, professional display, develop pride for members from that chapter, create an environment of idea sharing between members, as well as introduce nonresidents to the traditions of other chapters and expose to all expo attendees Washington’s agricultural diversity.
Some examples of what the exhibits might be designed to portray include:
The range of SAE projects underway by chapter members; CDEs the chapter participates in; specific activities/events that are unique to the chapter;
The crops popular in the chapter’s local area; new innovations in the chapter and/or community related to agriculture; specialty foods or products native to the chapter’s region;
Environmental and conservation efforts in the chapter; community service efforts by the chapter;
The Hall of Chapters display WILL NOT be judged/scored. This is solely an opportunity for chapters to showcase their activities and ideas and share with other FFA members.
Please note, due to spacing limitations, a maximum of 20 chapters will be allowed to participate in the showcase. Registration will be on a first-come first served basis.
The Hall of Chapters showcase will be held in conjunction with the Washington FFA Convention. All activities will occur on the Saturday of Convention (May 11th, 2024). Timeline is as follows:
Exhibit Set-up: The display can be set up from 8:00–9:00 a.m.
Display Hours: The display must be staffed from 9:00 a.m.–Noon.
Exhibit Tear-down: The display must be removed between Noon–1:00 p.m.
Additional details and display guidelines are posted below. Chapters not following these guidelines will not be able to participate.
Registration for Hall of Chapters will close on April 15, 2024.
