Convention Check-In
Check-in for the 95th Washington FFA Convention will be located in Beasley Coliseum.
Wednesday, May 7 from 3:00-8:00 pm, Beasley Concourse
Thursday-Saturday from 7:00-9:00 am, Cougar Lounge (downstairs in Beasley Coliseum)

Check-in will include checking that all Student Liability Waivers, Code of Conduct, & Medical Authorization Forms (linked below) have been submitted electronically, verifying registration details as completed in JudgingCard, collecting guidebooks and name tags, and checking into dorms for overnight guests.
Convention Attendee Liability Waiver, Code of Conduct, & Medical Authorization Forms
Each FFA member is required to review and complete the attached form with a parent/guardian. Advisors will be responsible for submitting all forms electronically to Washington FFA State Staff before checking in at registration at Beasley Coliseum. FFA Advisors are welcome to print out PDF copies of all forms and scan them to submit electronically to state staff before checking in at registration.
2025 Convention Rates
State convention registration will open on March 1, 2025 and will close on April 15, 2025 at 9:59 PM. Convention registration will be completed via JudgingCard. Please note, FFA advisors must register their students for each contest within the registration portal. Registration can be started, saved, and edited up until the registration deadline. Registration costs and additional details can be found below.

All FFA members should be registered in the order that they will be rooming together in the dorms. All FFA advisors and chaperones will be roomed separately in the dorms.

Additional Registration Details
Deadlines, Late Fees, and Payments
All changes to registration need to be made by April 15. FFA chapters will be billed for the number of FFA members, advisors, and chaperones registered in Judging Card as of that date.
Late chapter registration fee = $75, if submitted after April 15 deadline.
An Additional Late CDE/LDE registration fee of $250 per individual or team/per CDE/LDE will also be applied separately, if submitted after April 15 deadline.
Individuals/teams that register late for a CDE/LDE will be placed on a waiting list for non-qualifying events with no guarantee for housing/dining on WSU campus.
Invoices/Payments for Registration Fees will be generated from and can be made payable to the Judging Card.
Guest Registration
Convention guests are welcome to attend convention activities and sessions. Convention guests include parents and family members, past officers, alumni and supporters, industry representatives, and other community members who are not active FFA members, chapter advisors, or chaperones. There are no registration fees for these individuals.
