Programs Director
Position Summary:
The Programs Director is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing statewide leadership and career development programs, including 40 annual events. They administer the association’s statewide awards program and assist in coordinating state convention. This role works closely with educators, volunteers, and stakeholders to support student leadership development and ensure high-quality program delivery across Washington State.
This Exempt position reports to the Washington FFA Association Executive Director and is headquartered in Lacey, Washington. Remote work from home is permitted, and travel is required (approximately 35%), some of which is overnight travel.
